Booking & Payments
Clients agree to provide accurate information when booking services.
Payment terms may include:
Deposits
Full payment before delivery
Net payment terms for approved clients
Late payments may result in delayed delivery, cancellation of future services, or additional fees.
All payments are non-refundable once services have been completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather-related drone or exterior shoots may be rescheduled at our discretion for safety and quality purposes.
Delivery & Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and may vary based on workload, revisions, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Haven Media is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Property Readiness
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is ready prior to the scheduled shoot time.
This includes:
Cleaning and staging
Removing unwanted items
Ensuring utilities are active
Securing pets
If a property is not shoot-ready, results may be impacted and additional fees may apply for excessive delays or return visits.
Usage Rights & Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Haven Media retains copyright ownership of all created media.
Clients receive a limited license to use delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property or business.
Media may not be sold, transferred, edited extensively, or reused by third parties without written permission.
Haven Media reserves the right to use created content for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the project begins.
Drone Operations
All drone services are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and airspace restrictions.
Drone services may be limited, delayed, or canceled due to:
Weather conditions
Restricted airspace
Safety concerns
Government regulations
We cannot guarantee drone availability at every location.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree not to:
Misuse the website or booking system
Use our media unlawfully
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or files
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
